How to Return an Item

Document the Issue: If the item you received is defective or incorrect, kindly include pictures of the defect or wrong item in your initial email, along with a brief explanation of the issue.
Important Notes on Returns
Personalized Products: Please note that personalized products are custom-made just for you. As a result, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on these items unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
Contact Before Returning: Refunds will not be issued if you return an item without providing a valid reason or without contacting us first.
Original Payment Method: Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses related to returning the item, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
Return Conditions
Unused Products: The returned product must be unused and sent back in its original packaging.
